KENDALL AND KYLIE JENNER SUED??

Following a lawsuit that maintained that T-Shirts from Kendall and Kylie Jenner's collection for PacSun featured a phrase trademarked by clothing brand, Island Company, they have been removed from stores.
Island company sued Kendall and Kylie for using the motto, "Run away, fall in love. Never return" in their fashion line clothing claiming  it ripped off its logo,
"Quit your job, buy a ticket, Get a tan, fall in love. Never return" which it trademarked in 2005.

Island Company had reportedly approached PacSun to remove the T-Shirts prior to filing the lawsuit.

A judge heard the case recently and according to a source from Page Six, the parties have settled the matter and PacSun has removed all T-Shirts bearing the motto from their stores.
