MEREDITH KERCHER'S CONVICTED MURDERER, RUDY GUEDE WROTE ON THE WALL WITH HER BLOOD

British student, Meredith Kercher was stabbed to death in November 2007 in a flat she shared with American student, Amanda Knox in Italy
Amanda Knox and her then boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito were found guilty of her murder in 2009 and sentenced to 26 years imprisonment.

Knox and Sollecito's conviction was overturned but later reinstated. However, the Italian Supreme court in 2015 absolved Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito of the murder.

However, Rudy Guede, 30, 0riginally from Ivory Coast who was convicted of Meredith's murder and is currently serving a 16 year jail sentence in Perugia Italy in an interview with an Italian television on Thursday from jail maintains his innocence.

Rudy said he was trying to help Meredith when he found her in a pool of blood in her flat and wrote on the wall with her blood as she lay on the floor because he panicked and was trying to understand what she was trying to tell him.

Rudy also said that his DNA was not found on the murder weapon.

Rudy maintains his innocence and says that justice has not been done for Meredith.
