Governor Seriake Dickson contesting under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was on Sunday declared the winner of Bayelsa Gubernatorial election beating Timpre Sylva of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Governor Dickson and Senator Ben Murray Bruce celebrated their election victory. Both are of the PDP.
