CAITLYN JENNER COUNTER-SUES WOMAN INVOLVED IN TRAGIC CAR ACCIDENT

Caitlyn Jenner, 66, has taken legal action against the woman who was riding a Prius in front of her during the fatal crash that killed the driver of a Lexus, Kim Howe  in February 2015.
Caitlyn Jenner then known as Bruce Jenner  has been cleared of any wrong doing.

Prius driver, Jessica Steindorff, a Hollywood agent who was driving in front of Bruce Jenner then had sued jenner for  $25,000 claiming loss of income and incurring medical bills. This case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount in December, last year.

However, the driver and passengers of a Hummer involved in the accident are suing Jenner and Jenner counter-sued Steindorff whom she had previously settled to take part of the blame in case she loses in this particular case brought by occupants of the Hummer.

Jenner's lawyers opine that Steindorff who was driving in front of Jenner did not move on time because she was absent-minded when the red light changed and Jenner hit her which brought about a chain of accidents that eventually killed Kim Howe.

However, Steindorff's lawyer Robert Simon said of Jenner, "It's unfortunate that she continues not to take responsibility for a crash she clearly caused".

In January, Caitlyn settled wrongful death suit brought by the adult children of Kim Howe who died in the accident.
