Addressing a victory rally, Trump said, "We learned a lot about ground games in one week, let me tell you that", referring to his defeat by Ted Cruz in Iowa on February 1st.
John Kasich came second behind Trump.
Donald Trump in his victory speech thanked his family and said,
"We have to start with Melania. What she puts up with... she said right from the beginning, 'You know if you run, you know yyou're going to win"
Meanwhile Sanders defeated Hilary Clinton at the Democratic nominating contest in New Hampshire.
