KATE HUDSON FLAUNTS HER ROCK HARD BOD ON THE MARCH 2016 COVER OF SELF MAGAZINE

Hollywood actress heats up the cover of March 2016 issue of SELF Magazine in an army green top and white panties.
In the magazine, Kate Hudson, 36, who is a mother of two advises that women should ignore that society and culture expects that women should look a certain way and stop looking for rock hard abs.

On diet and exercise, Kate says one should understand their individual likes and not be rigid.

To maintain her amazing bod, Kate eats unprocessed plant based mostly meatless diet but indulges when she craves for them.

The cover and spread were shot by famed photographer, Jason Kibbler. Styling was by Melissa Ventosa Martin.

The magazine hits newsstands on 9th February.
