KENDALL JENNER SUES SKINCARE COMPANY FOR UNAUTHORISED USE OF HER PHOTO FOR ADVERTS

Lawyers for Kendall Jenner, 20, have on Wednesday filed a complaint at a Los Angeles Federal Court against a Skincare Company, Cutera Inc. over their advert for its laser Genesis treatment which began in New York this month ahead of Fashion Week.
A print in thee AD quotes Kendall as saying that acne had completely ruined her self esteem and that her now near flawless skin was the product of visits to a dermatologist for Laser  Genesis treatment.

Complaint from Kendall says an endorsement like that will command 8 figures and it was Kendall's choice tto determine whether to endorse a product or not.

The complaint accuses Cutera of trademark infringement, false endorsement and violating her right to publicity.
