KESHA WEEPS PROFUSELY AS COURT RULES SHE CANNOT BREAK HER CONTRACT WITH DR LUKE & SONY

Singer Kesha, 28, wept uncontrollably as Justice Shirley Komreich of Manhattan Supreme Court read out her ruling that she cannot break her contract with Dr. Luke or Sony Music.
Justice Komreich said that Kesha would cause irreparable damage to Sony if she didnot complete the remaining six album contract with Sony. The contract, the judge said was well thought of  and heavily negotiated before execution by both parties.

Kesha had accused her producer, Dr. Luke of emotional, sexual and mental abuse during the 10 years she worked with him at Sony.

However Kesha was  asked by Sony to work with another producer to complete her contract but she wanted out and went to court fearing that Sony might not market her music properly.

Dr. Luke is said to have invested $60 million in Kesha's career and denies all her allegations claiming that they were asserted solely to extort money and gain contractual leverage.

Meanwhile outside the court room, Kesha's fans gathered and sang numerous songs of hers while chanting, "Free Kesha".
