NIGERIAN /AMERICAN, AYOOLA DARAMOLA DEVELOPS EMOJIS WITH LOCAL EXPRESSIONS IN PIDGIN ENGLISH

Nigerian/American developer, Ayoola Daramola has created emojis with men and women in colourful attires and local expressions in Pidgin English.
Daramola has created an African app that has strong images with the quality of Dsney animation.

The emojis have 'chai', for 'wow'; 'No Dullling' for 'don't be slow'.

Mr. Daramola hopes his afrocentric emojis will allow users to express themselves using characters they can identify with everyday local expressions that mean something to them.
