NINE PREGNANT WOMEN LIVING IN THE USA HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ZIKA VIRUS

The Centre for Disease Control has today, Friday 26th February confirmed that nine women living in the United States of America have been diagnosed with Zika Virus.

The pregnant women all contracted the virus overseas.

Of the nine women, a woman believed to be living in Hawaii gave birth to a baby
with microephaly, 2 suffered miscarriages, 2 opted for abortion and the remaining  2
are being monitored but are currently not suffering any complications.
