Justice Aishat -Opesanwo has described prominent lawyer Rickey Tarfa's approach of turning up in court with a 90 people defence team as 'harassment and intimidation'.
Rickey Tarfa is being charged with obstruction of justice and attempting to pervert the course of justice as he is accused of blocking the arrest of 2 suspects wanted in a corruption case by keeping them in his car for nearly six hours on February 5th when they were meant to be picked up by authorities according to a statement by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) which brought the case.
Mr Rickey Tarfa denies all charges and was granted bail and the case was adjourned till March.
