Two people, a man and a woman have been pulled out alive after staying 50 hours in the rubbles of a collapsed high-rise building following the 6.4 magnitude earthquake that hit Taiwan.
The woman, Tsao Wei-Ling was pulled out from underneath her dead husband.
Tsao called out as rescuers dug to find her, "Here Iam".

A man, Lee Tsung-tien, 42, was also pulled out unconscious but alive from the sixth floor section of the collapsed building.

Two more people, a 28 year old migrant worker and an eight year old girl showed signs of life but are still trapped on the fifth floor of the collapsed building.

It is estimated that over 100 people are still trapped in the building.

Meanwhile Taiwan's Government has ordered investigation into the collapse of the high-rise building following the earthquake as it has emerged that tin cans were used in construction of the building hence the ease with which it collapsed during the quake.

UPDATE: The eight year old girl, Lin Su-Chin has been pulled out alive from the fifth floor and has been taken to hospital.
