Cheryl is 10 years older than Liam but sources close to them say that Liam is totally smitten with Cheryl who in October filed for divorce from her French husband of 19 months, Jean-Bernard-Versini,35, due to what she termed irreconcilable differences.
Liam's relattionship with his girlfriend ended in October, 2015.
Liam who is love-struck recently got a tribute to Cheryl's rose bum tattoo inked on his hand last month.
Both Cheryl and Liam are said to be very happy about the relationship.
