Kehlani posted a photo of herself on Instagram in a Los Angeles hospital late Monday with an IV in her arm.
In a now deleted post, Kehlani wrote,
'Today I wanted to leave this earth. Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I'd get to such a low point".
The rumours had been brewing online that Kehlani had cheated on Kyrie Irving with PND (Party Next Door).
Kehlani says the problems in her private life stem from misunderstanding,
'Don't believe the blogs you read" "No one was cheated on and I'm not a bad person... Everyone is hurt and everyone is in a place of misunderstanding. But as of today, I had no single wish to see tommorrow. But God saved me for a reason and for that.... I must be grateful... Cuz I'm not in heaven right now for a reason".
Kelani who has of recent been linked to Cleveland Cavaliers star, Kyrie Irving became subject of online gossip on Monday, when her ex, Toronto singer, PND (Party Next Door) posted a photo of him on Instagram holding Kehlani's easily identifiable tatooed hand in bed with the caption,
"After all the shenanigans, still got the r&b singer in my bed". PND has now deleted the image.
Many online users felt either Kelani had broken up with NBA star, Kyrie Irving or she was cheating on him.
Shortly after that, things took a turn for the worst as Kehlani deleted her Instagram account and later re-instated it with a photo of her in hospital saying she had tried to commit suicide.
Kehlani posted another image (which has been deleted) of PND beside her bed in hospital and wrote,
"Thank you for saving my life".
