TRENDING ON FACEBOOK IN NIGERIA- "#BRINGBACKOURCORRUPTION"

What is trending on Facebook in Nigeria is a very serious issue as the citizens wish to have a government that has been accused of being corrupt than a new government which has promised change but the change the citizens are expecting is not what they bargained for.
During the electioneering campaigns, the slogan of the ruling government of All Progressives Congress (APC) was 'Change' and they accused the former government of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of being full of corruption.

Barely eight months after the new government of APC came to power the dollar reached an all time high of $1 to 405 naira, something that Nigeria has never witnessed before which has caused a lot of inflation and rise in the cost of goods.

Nigerians have now made their unhappiness known and have taken to Facebook to say that they would prefer a corrupt government where the inflation was not as high with the #BringBackOurCorruption.
