NIGERIA: PROTESTERS FLOOD VENUE OF SENATE PRESIDENT, BUKOLA SARAKI'S CCT TRIAL

Embattled Nigerian Senate President, Bukola Saraki's trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) continued on Monday, 18th April.
Saraki is on trial for false asset declaration when he was Governor of Kwara State.

Saraki stormed the premises with 90 lawyers and protesters flooded the venue of his trial carrying posters and banners in support of Saraki.

According to the Chairman of Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Danladi Usman, Saraki's trial will henceforth be conducted daily until it is done with. The trial will start from 10a.m. until 6p.m. daily with a one hour break.
