WWE LEGEND, CHYNA DIES AT THE AGE OF 45

WWE Legend, Joanie 'Chyna' Laurer has died at the age of 45 from possible overdose.
A message from her Twitter account on Wednesday confirmed her death,
"It is with deep sadness to inform you today that we lost a true icon, a real life superhero".

"Joanie Laurer aka Chyna, the 9th wonder of the world has passed away. She will live forever in the memories of her millions of fans and all of us that loved her".

Her mamager, Anthony Anzaldo said she was found in the afternoon and the cause of death is yet to be determined, though TMZ reports that she likely died from overdose.

A statement from Redondo Beach police said,
"The Redondo Beach Police received a 911 call from a friend of the apartment unit resident that the female inside was not breathing".

"The friend told Redondo Beach Police that the female had not answered her phone in a few days and went to the location to check on her welfare. Officers arrived the scene and discovered a deceased female inside the location".

Chyna rose to fame in WWF in 1997 and was soon dubbed the Ninth Wonder of The World.

She was the first woman to take part in the Royal Rumble and King Events and became number one contender for WWF championship.

Outside the ring, Chyna posed for playboy Magazine and appeared in several reality shows including 'The Surreal Life' and released six porn films between 2004 and 2014.

She struggled with addiction for many years and even appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew in 2008.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.
