LEWIS HAMILTON MAKES 51ST CAREER WIN IN MEXICO GRAND PRIX

Three times Formula 1 World Champion, Lewis Hamilton on Sunday, 30th October outstaged his Mercedes team mate, Nico Rosberg to win Mexican Grand Prix.
Lewis has now reduced Nico Rosberg's championship lead to 19 points with a total of 50 points still available in Brazil and Abu Dhabi.

With this win, making it his 51st,  Hamilton is now joint second in the all-time winner greats.

Starting at pole position, Hamilton had a great start and maintained the lead throughout the race except when he pitted before others.

The highlight of the race was however the third place battle between Ferrari's Sebastine Vettel and Red Bull's Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo.

Max Verstappen finished the race in third position but was given a 5 second penalty for his battle with Vettel which saw him sliding to fifth position and Vettel making the podium in third place and Ricciardo in fourth place.

If Nico Rosberg maintains second position in the remaining races or even a second and third position, he will still win the championship.
