After 4 days of deliberation, the seven men, five women jury in the rape trial of Bill Cosby remainded deadlocked and were sent home without a verdict.
They will reconvene on 16th June for a fifth day as the presiding Judge, Steven O'Neill told them to 'try again'.
There is a possibility of a mistrial if the jury cannot agree unanimously on a verdict.
Legendary actor, Bill Cosby, 79, is standing trial for the 2004 alleged rape of Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee.
Bill Cosby faces more than 10 years behind bar if found guilty.
It will be recalled that over 50 women have come out to accuse Bill Cosby of drugging and raping them, however these alleged assaults occured long ago and the allegations cannot be brought to trial due to statutory time limit.
