UPDATE: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY IN BOBBI KRISTINA TRAGEDY

Criminal investigation is definitely underway in the Bobby Kristina tragedy. Her boyfriend Nick Gordon pictured with her is the target.
According to TMZ,  Bobbi Kristina had certain injuries which the law enforcement agents are investigating. The question is whether there was a fight between Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon about one hour before she was found in the bath tub,
Their relationship was said to be violent.
The story emerging has it that Max Lomas, the friend of Nick Gordon was the one that discovered Bobbi in the bath tub. He was said to have visited around 9am and was told that Bobbi Kristina was in the bedroom.
Around 10am when a cable guy came and said he needed access to the bedroom by which time Nick, Bobbi's boyfriend had wondered off, was when Max Lomas discovered Bobbi in the bath tub.
Max claims that Nick Gordon allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains. The police want to speak with Max Lomas again but his lawyer is insisting on immunity which he has not gotten yet.
Nick Gordon is said to have gotten his own lawyer too.
