EBOLA: LIBERIA ANNOUNCES THE DEATH OF THE 44 YEAR OLD WOMAN INFECTED WITH EBOLA VIRUS

Liberia has recorded a fresh Ebola death. The Head of Liberia's Ebola Incident Management System, Tolbert Nyenswah announced the death of a 44 year old woman who tested positive to Ebola virus in the state media .

Tolbert Nyenswah said despite medical efforts by local and international health workers she succumbed to the disease.

The 44 year old woman it was who contacted Ebola after three weeks of no case of Ebola in Liberia.

All Liberians have been urged to continue to observe Ebola related safety measures.

The other two suspected cases, the 44 year old woman's daughter and a young man have tested negative for the virus but more testing is being done on them.
