NIGERIA DECIDES 2015: UPDATE OF KANO, JIGAWA, KATSINA STATES ELECTION RESULTS BY INEC

New election results for the presidential elections in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states of Nigeria have been released by INEC as follows:

Registered Voters- 4,936,862
Total Valid Votes-2,128,821
Rejected votes-63,626
For the two major political parties

JIGAWA STATE
Registered Voters- 1,815,839
Accredited Voters-1,153,428
Rejected Votes-34,325
For the two major parties

KATSINA STATE
Registered Voters- 2,842,741

Rejected Votes-32,448
For the two  major parties

Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states were won by APC with wide margins making total states won by APC to be 8 and 4 for PDP.
