REAL DRAMATIC MOMENT WHEN A PASSENGER IN UNITED AIRLINES FLIGHT SHOUTS "JIHAD! JIHAD!"

It was a real dramatic moment when a passenger on board United Airlines 1074 going from Washington to Denver on Monday shouted terrorist slogans, "jihad! jihad!" on the flight and threatened to hijack the plane.

He was overpowered by fellow passengers and pinned to the ground

A video has surfaced showing the passenger who made terrorist remarks bloodied on the floor and frantically apologising when police identified themselves and told him he would be removed from the plane.

The flight returned to its airport of departure in Dulles, Washington.

Six crew members and 33 passengers were on board the plane.
