EBOLA: UNITED STATES HEALTH WORKERS IN NEBRASKA RELEASED AFTER 21 DAYS QUARANTINE
Five health workers who were exposed to ebola virus in West Africa and underwent monitoring have completed their quarantine periods and none of them had ebola symptoms.
The health workers were monitored for 21 days at Nebraska Medical Centre in Omaha and were all previously in Sierra Leone where a colleague of theirs tested positive to ebola.
According to the hospital's twitter account, four of the health workers have left the area while the fifth who had an unrelated cardiac issue while jogging near the facility has been discharged and will soon leave the area.
