Hilary talks about the struggle not to feel pressured herself as she said,
"You see supermodels who have babies and next week they look as if they were never pregnant, that's not the case with me"
Hilary says she wants other mums to know that her figure was as a result of a lot of exercise. She goes to the gym three times a week and mixes it up everytime. She does not do auto-gym but works out with weighted balls, battle ropes and big rubber band.
Hilary also said she shapes up by carrying her 35 pound 3 year old son.
