JUSTIN BIEBER AND USHER FACE $10MILLION COPYRIGHT LAWSUIT AS CASE IS REVIVED BY FEDERAL APPEALS COURT

A Federal Appeals court on Thursday reinstated a $10 million copyright lawsuit against Usher and Bieber.
They are accused of copying parts of a song composed by two Virginia songwriters.
In a 3-0 vote, the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia revived the May 2013 lawsuit over the song, "Somebody To Love'.
Devin B Singer and partner, Mareio Overton in their lawsuit alleged that Usher and Bieber stole their 2008 song which has the same name.
They claim the three versions of 'Somebody To Love' recorded by Usher and Bieber has the same beat pattern, time signature, similar chords and lyrics and the same name.
A Federal Judge in Norfolk last year dismissed the complaint with the ruling that the two versions differed significantly in lyrical content and tone.
