LADY GAGA STEPS OUT IN A RACY OUTFIT LOOKING LIKE SHE FORGOT TO COMPLETELY DRESS UP

Lady Gaga, 29, who is known for her unique and daring outfit on Thursday arrived the Songwriters Hall of Fame 46th Annual Induction and Awards in New York city in a racy ensemble that looked like she forgot to completely dress up.
Her underwear was on full display as she chose to not wear a dress under her robe. The event held at the Marriot Hotel in Times Square and she was being honoured with the first ever contemporary Icon Award.
Lady Gaga had on a bright red velvet robelike jacket, black leather bralette, black panties and ripped racy black stockings.
Gaga also had on a pair of platform black leather buckle boots and a pair of interesting circular shades similar to mad scientist googles.
