MERS: SOUTH KOREA TO BEGIN TRIALS OF EXPERIMENTAL PLASMA TREATMENT

South Korea is set to begin trials of experimental plasma treatment which involves the use of blood from patients who have successfully fought off the same infection.
More than 150 people are currently infected  in South Korea with 19 deaths. On Tuesday, 4 new cases were reported with four deaths.
South Korea authorities say two hospitals would begin the plasma treatment trials.
There is currently no cure or vaccine for MERS.
