MERS: LATEST DEVELOPMENT ABOUT MERS OUTBREAK IN SOUTH KOREA

No new cases have been recorded since July 4th, 2015 and  the number of confirmed cases remain at 186, one in Chinaand 185 in South Korea and 36 deaths.
Intensified  public health measures including contact tracing, quarantine and isolation of suspected cases and effective control and measures have brought MERS under control in South Korea.
All remaining contacts have been released from quarantine, symptom free following 14 days of isolation and monitoring.
