They have the record for the most twitter followers for a music group being 24 million.
They have the record for the most subscribed on Youtube at 37 million.
One Direction is the first group to debut at number one in the United States with their first four albums, 'Up All Night', 'Take Me Home', 'Midnight Memories and 'Four'.
They also hold the record for the most popular Dance Game track for the song, 'What makes You Beautiful' which appeared on 'Just Dance 4' which earned 36.4 million views.
One Direction has the record for the first UK group to debut at number 1 in the U.S. charts with their debut album.
They have the record for the highest debut by a UK group in the US singles chart with their song, 'Live while We're Young' which debuted at No. 3.
