Singer Mariah Carey and her new fiance, Australian billionaire, James Packer have rented a plush mansion at the ultra exclusive gated community, The Oaks in Calabasas, California.
The plush cliff-top perched mansion is an 18,000 sq ft mansion and is said to be two houses away from Kourtney Kardashian's house.

Mariah and James are to cough out $250,000 a month for the amazing rental property.
