Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari arrived Strasbourg, France on Tuesday night ahead of his address at the Plenary session of the European Union.
He was received on arrival by Head Protocol, European Union, Monikka Strasser, Minister for Budget and National Planning, Senator, Udo Udoma, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Enyeama, Nigerian Ambassador to France, H.O. Suleiman and Deputy Governor Al-Assas Region, H.E. Mohamed Saadallah.
