NIGERIA: FORMER CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF, ALEX BADEH IN COURT; SENT TO KUJE PRISON (PHOTOS)

Nigeria's former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh was in the Federal High Court, Abuja today, Monday 7th March to answer to 11-count charge of criminal breach of trust and corruption to the tune of 3.9 billion naira brought against him by the Federal Government.
Alex Abadeh was remanded in prison custody (Kuje Maximum Prison) by the presiding Judge, Justice Okon Abang pending the determination of his bail application coming up on March 10th.

Badeh's initial application for bail by his counsel, Samuel Zibiri was struck out by Justice Okon Abang as it was filed before his arraignment.
