KANYE WEST GETS SUED FOR HIS TWEETS ABOUT STREAMING 'THE LIFE OF PABLO' ONLY ON TIDAL

Kanye West had vowed through several tweets that his album, "The Life of Pablo" would only be streamed on his pal, Jay Z's Tidal  and would never be available on Spotify and Apple.
LOL!!! a few weeks later and Kanye has changed his mind and before you could say jack, 'The Life of Pablo' was up on Apple Music, Spotify and even Kanye's own website. But this is after about over 2 million fans had been compelled to streamline through Tidal because Yeezy said it was the only way to get the album.

A fan Justin Baker- Rhett is not buying it and has instituted a class action against Kanye and Tidal saying that Kanye's earlier insistence on streaming only through Tidal saved the floundering service because the new users added $84 million to Tidal's bottom line.

Baker-Rhett believes he and other fans were used to rescue Tidal and he regrets dropping $9.99 for the service and is suing Tidal and Kanye for damages.
