NICK BLACKWELL RETIRES FROM BOXING; SAYS HE HAS NO HARD FEELINGS TOWARDS CHRIS EUBANK JNR

Nick Blackwell, 25, was badly injured during his world title defeat by Eubank Jnr in March which left him fighting for his life.
Luckily he is on the mend now.

The match between Nick Blackwell and Eubank Jnr was stopped in the 10th round due to large swelling on his left eye. He was given oxygen at the ring and later taken to hospital where he was induced into coma for a week due to bleeding on his skull.

Nick has since left the hospital and currently is in rehab.

Nick Blackwell confirmed his retirement from boxing as he tweeted,

 "That's me done I can't put my friends and family and self through that again but I'll still be involved"

Eubank Jnr who had been trying to visit Nick Blackwell since the boxing match finally got to converse on Twitter on Monday with Nick Blackwell who made it clear he had no hard feelings towards him as they were in the boxing ring to do a job.

Nick gave Eubank Jnr the nod to come visit him when he wrote,

"cheers bro I haven't watched the fight back yet but will watch it and out in next few days but b good to see you bro".
