MERS UPDATE: 166 CONFIRMED CASES AND 24 DEATHS IN SOUTH KOREA

South Korea has on Friday reported one new case and its 24th death following the outbreak of MERS in the country.
The Health Ministry says with the new case there are now 166 confirmed cases in total.
The total number of people under quarantine is now 5,930.
112 patients are currently in hospital for treatment and 30 have been cured and released.
